Victoria was born on 19th Feb, 1993, in Hollywood, FL to Zack Justice and Puerto Rican mother Serene Reed. The family moved from Florida to Hollywood, California in 2003.
Victoria went to Cleveland High School and later completed her diploma via a home schooling program.
In 2015, she was accepted at LA’s Millikan Performing Arts Academy into their musical theater program.

Victoria began acting professionally, when she was only 10 years old. Her acting debut was a guest appearance in an episode of the show Gilmore Girls in 2003.
In 2004, she had a guest role in Disney series ‘The Suite Life of Zack & Cody.’ She then starred as a young girl who starts getting sightings of Mary Magdalene in the 2005 movie ‘Mary.’ She also appeared in commercials for different brands like Gap, Ralph Lauren, Guess, Peanut Butter Toast Crunch, Mervyn’s, and Ovaltine.

In 2005, Justice was cast as the main lead in the television series Zoey 101 that aired on Nickelodeon. Victoria has stated that she was very happy after landing the role and that she had screamed in joy and had bounced up and down. The series ended in 2008. She then portrayed the role of Rose in Hallmark Hall of Fame film ‘Silver Bells’ and had a cameo in R-rated movie ‘When Do We Eat?’

She then acted in shows like The Naked Brothers Band, BrainSurge, iCarly, The Troop, VP, and True Jackson. In 2009, she sang and acted in Nickelodeon musical film ‘Spectacular!’ The movie was a critical and commercial success.
In 2010, Justice was cast in as the lead in the Nickelodeon musical show called Victorious. The debut episode attracted a huge audience and the show remained on air till 2013. In June 2013, she released her debut single titled ‘Gold.’ She left Columbia Records in Aug 2014.
