Logan Alexander Paul is an American YouTuber, entrepreneur, internet personality, social media influencer, boxer, and actor. In addition to posting videos on YouTube, he also hosts a podcast ‘Impaulsive’ since Nov 2018. The podcast has nearly 2.7 million followers.
In December 2020, it was announced that Floyd Mayweather, the former boxing world champion, would fight Paul in a ‘special exhibition’ bout in February 2021. The fight is slated to occur on Feb 20.

Logan was born on April 1, 1995 in Westlake, Ohio, US, to Gregory Allan Paul and Pamela Ann Stepnick. He has a brother named Jake Paul who is also an internet personality and YouTuber.
He went to Westlake High School. In 2012, he became an All-Star linebacker of The Plain Dealer on the football team at school. He also qualified for the 2013 Ohio High School Athletic Association state-level Division I Individual Wrestling Championships. After graduating high school, he enrolled at Ohio University with a major in Industrial Engineering.

Controversies
Logan has been in the midst of many controversies, the most notable of which was his video of a corpse hanging in the “suicide forest” in Japan. The video had over 6 million views within 24 hours, but there was severe backlash as well. He was severely criticized for being insensitive to victims of suicide. Subsequently, Paul deleted the video and tendered an apology on Twitter.
YouTube also removed him from Google Preferred, his role in YouTube Red’s ‘Foursome’ series was axed, and telecast of Logan Paul VS was stopped. YouTube did not ban his channel because he had not crossed the threshold of three strikes rule of the platform.
