Jeb Bush is a prominent American politician (Republican) who served as the 43rd Governor of Florida from 1999 to 2007. He is the younger brother of former US President George W. Bush and second son of former President George H.W. Bush and Barbara Bush (former First Lady).

He was born as John Ellis Bush on February 11, 1953 in Midland, Texas. The first name JEB is an acronym of his initials (John Ellis Bush).
His other siblings include brothers Neil and Marvin; and sisters Robin and Dorothy. Jeb grew up in Houston and graduated from University of Texas with degree in Latin-American affairs.

They now stay in Coral Gables, Florida with their three children, George (b. 1976), Noelle (b. 1977) and Jeb Bush Jr. (1983). Bush also has two grand-children from George and two others from John.
